Our bands comfortably fit head circumferences from about 21 to 24 inches (53–61 cm), which covers the vast majority of adults and teens. Outside that range? Email us and we'll help before you buy.
How to measure your head
All you need is a soft tape measure, or a phone charger cable and a ruler. No judgment.
Wrap
Run the tape around your head where a band naturally sits: mid-forehead, just above the ears.
Relax
Keep the tape snug but not tight; it should sit the way you'd want the band to feel. Don't pull.
Read
That number is your head circumference. Between 21–24 in (53–61 cm)? You're a perfect fit for every band we make.

Every band is cut with a 4-way stretch that flexes over ponytails, buns, headphones, and helmets, then springs right back to shape, wash after wash.
Machine wash cold, lay flat or hang to dry. That's the whole care routine.

Will it slip when I sweat?
No. That's the whole point of Good Bands. And every band is covered by our lifetime warranty, so if yours ever quits, we make it right.
Does it fit under a helmet?
Yes. All three lines are cut low-profile to slide under bike, ski, climbing, and hard-hat shells without pressure points.
Will it shrink or stretch out in the wash?
Machine wash cold and it keeps its shape and size. Skip the high-heat dryer; hang it up and it's dry by morning.
